These terms describe the use of morylane.com and the terms for Morylane purchases. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over a conflicting provision.

Shopping on Morylane

Review the individual product listing, price, delivery options and purchase conditions before ordering. Editorial style imagery is illustrative; use the product listing for the details of the item you are buying.

Using the site

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or order, interfere with the site’s operation, or submit unlawful material. Keep account credentials private. General buying and creative-remembrance content is information, not a guarantee that a particular product suits your circumstances.

Product information and orders

Before ordering, review the product’s dimensions, materials, included items, options, personalization requirements and production information before purchase. A picture alone does not establish capacity, size, weather resistance or the items included. If something is unclear, ask us before ordering.

Order receipt, payment status and acceptance are different matters. A received order request does not by itself confirm successful payment or acceptance. Review the order status and confirmation messages, and contact us if anything is unclear. We may need to resolve inaccurate information or an unavailable item in accordance with applicable law rather than make an unsupported promise.

Personalization and image permission

Check the spelling, dates, photo and options you submit. Provide only material you own or have permission to use. Permission to use a photo to produce your chosen piece does not automatically authorize public marketing use.

For personalized orders, the team checks submitted information internally before production. There is no separate customer design-proof approval step. If the information is unsuitable or incomplete, the team may need to contact you through the order email before proceeding.

Currency and payment

The store currency is USD. Review product prices and applicable delivery or tax charges before payment. Use the payment methods displayed at checkout; availability can vary by device, browser and location.

Production and delivery

Order processing takes 3–5 days before shipment. Shipping takes an estimated 7–15 days after dispatch. The estimated total time is 10–20 days, including processing and shipping. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. See Shipping & Delivery for delivery availability and charges.

Cancellation, returns and problems

Contact us promptly for a change or cancellation before shipment. Once shipped, an order cannot be stopped through our ordinary shipment-cancellation process. This does not remove an eligible return or statutory withdrawal right.

Eligible standard-item return requests have a general 14-day period from delivery, with buyer-paid change-of-mind return postage. Personalized items have different conditions; damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items have a separate remedy process. Site content and resource boundaries

Use site content in a way that respects the rights of its owner and any third-party material. Our original card-message examples and remembrance ideas are creative suggestions, not counselling or medical guidance. Product guidance does not replace the dimensions, capacity, care instructions or safety information for an actual product.

Email [email protected] if you need clarification. We may update the site and these terms as services change. Changes must not remove rights that apply to an existing purchase under applicable law. Nothing here requires mandatory arbitration or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
