We want Morylane’s information to be understandable and usable. This page describes the checks completed so far and how to report a difficulty. It is not a certification that every page meets a particular accessibility standard.

Checks completed so far

The published brand and help pages were checked for horizontal overflow and heading structure at widths of 320, 390, 768 and 1440 pixels. The homepage images have descriptive alternative text, and the header and footer use dark text on warm, light backgrounds. The native mobile menu was checked for closing with Escape.

These checks are limited. They are not a complete screen-reader, assistive-technology, device or browser audit, and do not constitute a complete audit of the purchase journey.

Known work still needed

Small-screen homepage action links need a larger touch target. Full keyboard, screen-reader and transaction-flow testing is still required. New product, upload and checkout features will need their own checks before being made available. We do not currently claim full WCAG conformance.

Email [email protected] with the page address, the action you were trying to complete and a description of the problem. If comfortable, include the browser or assistive technology involved. Do not send a password or sensitive payment information. We can discuss an alternative way to provide the information you need.
