A favorite photo. Their name. A few words that mean something to you. Personalization starts with the options available for your chosen product.

1. Choose your piece and its options

Select the size, style and personalization options shown on the product page. Not every item needs a photo or personal text. Some pieces are ready-made; others are produced to order.

2. Add and check your details

Enter the required information and provide a photo if the product asks for one. Check spelling, dates and your selected options before placing the order. Check the file formats, limits and text requirements for that product. Contact us before ordering if a requirement is unclear.

3. Internal check, then production

After payment, our team checks the submitted details internally. If they are suitable, the piece moves into production. You do not need to approve a design proof, and a proof is not included as a standard step.

If information is missing or a photo is unsuitable, we will contact you using the email associated with the order.

Before you order

Order processing takes 3–5 days before shipment. Shipping takes an estimated 7–15 days after dispatch. The estimated total time is 10–20 days, including processing and shipping.
